Simple Strawberry Spinach Salad
Super easy, super fast, super delicious. Serve this as a side, or as a dinner salad topped with grilled chicken or grilled salmon.
Ingredients
- 1 bag baby spinach
- 10 strawberries sliced
- 1/2 cup pecans toasted in a dry pan or toaster oven (optional)
- 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese also great with goat cheese or feta
Honey Cider Vinaigrette
- 4 tbsp light olive oil or canola oil
- 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
- Place in bowl or arrange on a platter. Whisk together vinaigrette ingredients. Drizzle and serve!
