Lemon Blueberry Cake for the Win

Memorial Day 2020. In the throws of a global pandemic, my immediate family wasn’t going to let this holiday go by unnoticed. While we didn’t have our usual cookout, that didn’t mean we need to go without a fun dessert! We decided upon a Lemon Blueberry cake recipe we found on sugargeekshow.com’s website, and modified it a bit to suit our needs. We swapped out the cake flour for a gluten free whole grain flour, and the results were amazing! It was so moist and delicious!
